Who we are?

We are a company that specializes in food innovation and technology. With a team that has over 30 years of experience in the industry, we aim at promoting a continuous process improvement and offering solutions to our clients, securing the final product’s safety.

We produce and market food inputs. Our extrusion plant in Buenos Aires, Argentina, processes different types of plant proteins, obtaining products with enhanced functionalities and, in turn, guaranteeing its quality.

Our Novamix line is an animal protein of bovine origin extracted through a physical process with controlled parameters. This guarantees the final product’s texture and juiciness. Due to its molecular structure, it easily binds with other proteins, water and fat, forming a solid network. This allows for the absorption of water and, at the same time, the extension of the product’s useful life.

Our Almaprot line is a plant-based protein extracted through a high-moisture extrusion process, modifying its molecular structures and providing a fibrous texture. Due to its low-fat content and highest percentage of protein, it adds nutritional value to food products.
We develop the textured soy in different colors and thicknesses with the objective of meeting the requirements of each client.
Certification in process: FSSC 22.000

Our raw material suppliers are the largest soybean processors in the world. They are all in Argentina, a few kilometers away from our plant. Guarantee of volume and quality of the highest level.

Our production capacity is 1.100 tons per month of textured soy protein.

We export annually to multiple destinations in 3 different continents, such as Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia,
Uruguay, Bolivia, Brazil.
