Our company is one of the most advanced, privately held electronics research and development centers in Poland.  Established in 2012 operates in the areas of modern electronics, especially focused on high-throughput data transmission and processing for the purposes of wired telecommunication systems, as well as medical and military systems, all being done as commercial contracts for entities of domestic and foreign industry. Our research and development services are provided for companies all around the world, especially to USA, EU (GER, DK) as well as in Poland (Polish state-owned companies). At the time being, we held three certifications: ISO 9001:2015, ISO27001:2022, AQAP2110:2016, that have been continuously maintained for many years. We are proud to be hardware R&D long-term partner for polish companies from national strategic sector.

Our staff counts about 30 engineers of different specialties and experiences from the scope of electronics with average engineer experience rate over 6 years in the industry. The company has four main divisions: hardware, embedded software, FPGA and Project Management independent teams. The hardware team has successfully finished two projects of signal conditioning space-grade devices, done for NASA as a subcontractor of the Swiss-based entity. Due to its business model, we are a company strongly oriented to satisfying customer needs, delivering successful projects on-time and on-budget. As a company with well-established position on the market, we apply the most up-to-date industrial standards, uses recognized tools and practices along with continuously improved internal design and management processing models.

Chosen the most advanced and successful projects:

  • Space-grade signal-conditioning modules for NASA (example depicted in the Figure 2‑12);
  • Telecommunication-grade hardware FPGA-based accelerator, with throughput of 320Gbps, containing several 10Gbps and 100Gbps interfaces (example depicted in the Figure 2‑13);
  • FPGA IP-Cores for 10Gbps and 100Gbps CAUI4 interfaces;
  • FPGA IP-Cores for high-bandwidth QPR and TCAM memory controllers;
  • FPGA IP-Core for 100Gbps L2 switch;
  • FPGA IP-Core and HW&SW co-design paradigm system for strain gauge sensor signal pre-processing (MAC operation);
  • Family of medical Class III devices developed, implemented and certified in EU and USA demanding markets;
  • System of several security-sensitive appliances (including Intel Apollo Lake custom-mainboard) developed and fully deployed on the market with total number of over 1.5M devices.

Our class office space available. The area has been divided into several zones: open space for up to 40 engineers, electronics laboratory, workshop, three conference rooms, five CxO and BD rooms and one room for project management team. The office is well-equipped with IT equipment – including PC and laptops - with different OS (depending on project or personal needs) additional monitors, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools handy during development of either hardware or software – typical for a hardware company. In the open-space zone there are sub-zones dedicated to independent teams of: hardware, software, and FPGA. Company is running its own local server-room localized within the office. Dell servers are used for repositories, continues-integration, and other dedicated services (individual per projects). Separate part are computational servers dedicated for simulations and synthesis of FPGA systems, 3D full-wave PCB simulators, used also for running miscellaneous numerical tools etc. IT premises contain two computational servers: (1) 120-core Intel Xeon, 768GB RAM for multi-variant parallel problems (e.g., FPGA synthesis) and (2) 24-core AMD ThreadRipper, 128GB RAM for quick and direct simulations and synthesis.

The laboratory is a separate ESD-protected zone within the office, where the whole area has been furnished with ESD protected furniture, such as desks or cabinets as well as high-class measurement devices. The laboratory has several stands for: PCB inspection (stereoscopic microscope with video registration feature), time-domain measurements up to 3.5GHz (40GS/s oscilloscope with s-e and differential probes), frequency domain measurements up to 40GHz (VNA, cables, microprobes, etc.), power-integrity stand (high dynamic range oscilloscope with VRPs), FPGA launch desks and power-domain measurements (oscilloscopes, high-voltage and current probes, power analyzers, etc.).

The company has also its own workshop where prototype production and basic PCB assembly testing takes place. Workshop allows manual as well as semi-automatic PCB assembly for the purposes of prototyping and very low-volume production (specialized systems). The company plans to launch own PCB assembly prototyping line in Q3/Q4’ 2024 which is expected to gain the company’s independence and agility in research and development projects, especially important for critical and strategic sectors.

To summarize, our facilities allow vast majority of electronics development tasks being done internally, giving at the same time full control over the IP that are kept within its own IT premises.
