We have developed a groundbreaking system that provides practical inspection of heat-sealing defects to perfect the quality assurance process and increase the productivity of manufacturing facilities – mainly for the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries.

The company also has the ability to monitor the product humidity/moisture level during the process, i.e., on-line, particularly in dry products. With our system, you can control the optimal humidity and preservation of quality assurance at the same standard as well as preventing food waste.

The system, which allows one to connect to the machine via a web interface, gives a designated ID to each product and provides contact-free inspection for 100% of products and health care of production lines as well as increase productivity.

In 2018, the company won the All4Pack PARIS Award.
It was selected to be part of the EU Zero Waste Consortium, as well as receiving the Horizon 2020 phase 2 grant.
We also received a letter of recommendation from Nestlé Switzerl regarding very successful and challenging applications carried out for in-line seal integrity inspection. In principle, these are specifications for recyclable packaging material and non-recyclable packaging material with different forms of wrappers, including VFFS multilane. This highlights the fact that we were able to reliably identify signs of lack of sealing (leakage) and excess sealing (burning - shrinking) and all online 100% tested products.
