Plots of land in The Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov

We are a subsidiary company of the Zlín Region. It provides services focusing on the development, management and assignment plots of land in The Strategic Industrial Zone in Holešov. The Holešov SIZ is one of the largest development areas in the Czech Republic. It is situated in the Zlín region on a levelled flatland at a safe distance from areas at risk from flooding.

The zone offers plots from 0.5 up to 100 hectares, each plot is provided with service roads and utilities of water, electricity, gas, sewers and rainwater, drainage and fibre-optic cables up to the boundary. It is in close proximity to good transport infrastructure, metropolitan areas and conurbations with significant research and development facilitiesץ
