Our company is unique in that it is a 40 year old family owned business. We have our own bee keeping team and established manuka plots.
The real point of difference is in our processing. We do not fine filter our honey. We scrape and separate, we do not prick and spin. This means our honey is rich in thixotropic honey, bee bread and pollen. We also cold press, no heat treatment. This means the natural enzymes and antibacterial activity and benefits remain.
