We are a Philippines based Small ROR Hydro Project Developer & Plant Operator. Our team has an experience of more than 30 years in engineering, construction, rehabilitation and operation of Small Hydro Plants, as well as for the supply, installation and maintenance of machinery and technology for the conventional and renewable power industry. We design run-of-river Hydro Plants with utmost technical accuracy and maximum efficiency, considering all relevant ecological and economical factors.

Our team includes best of breed German engineering in building low cost (2.5 cts per Kwh all -in), turn-key, fast to build (6-8 months), environment-friendly small ror hydro plants.

We have 38 projects fully developed & construction ready with a Pilot plant starting operations the 1st qtr 2017. In addition, we have advanced civil works on multiple Project Series in our Talisay/Bunga cascading sites schemes which comprise 18MW.
