Incoterms

One of the key elements of a commercial transaction between a supplier and an importer are the incoterms according to which the transaction is executed.  These terms must be defined for each transaction.

Incoterms in effect define for the parties in the sale transaction the critical points of risk, the expenses and liability of the seller to the buyer.
