The International Trade Relations Division is involved in various activities with the aim of promoting international contacts and business opportunities.

Promoting International Trade

• International contacts – Creating working relationships with foreign commercial counselors in Israel, Israeli embassies abroad, economic organizations and chambers of commerce worldwide. We believe that our warm and close relationships with these bodies are the foundation to our divers and successful activities.

• Distributing Business Profiles – Our member's business interests are distributed on a regular basis to chambers of commerce, embassies and business organizations around the world.

• Seminars and Conferences – Seminars on various issues concerning international trade and marketing are organized on a monthly basis.

• Economic Forums – Holding periodical foreign officials forums and organizing visits to leading Israeli industrial sites.

One-Stop Business Resource

Business Opportunities Database – managing a database that includes thousands of business opportunities from around the world. Information on import, export, tenders and investment opportunities is received through commercial counselors and chambers of commerce and is sent to our members on a regular basis.

 Publications – Providing our members with updated information about fairs, exhibitions, delegations, economic reviews and other relevant data from all around the world.

General Information – Data and consultation to Israeli and foreign companies regarding international trade issues, import, export, taxes, economic review, business guides, information on Israeli companies and sectorial market reviews.

Globalization and Free Economy

Incoming Delegations – Hosting delegations from all over the world, organizing visits for the participants at industrial sites and scheduling individual business meetings between our members and their foreign counterparts.

Outgoing Delegations – Organizing trade missions visiting main exhibitions, conferences and international events abroad.  In addition we schedule individual business meetings with foreign business people and arrange tours at local factories.

Commercial Counselors – Scheduling individual meetings between our members and commercial counselors posted in Israel in order to explore specific business opportunities in the different countries.

Border Procedures – Issuing letters of support to facilitate visa applications and assisting foreign guests with security procedures at Ben-Gurion airport.
